Upon scheduling an appointment, you will be sent a packet with additional information regarding your Mohs Surgery including: day of surgery instructions, your patient information forms and a booklet about Mohs Surgery. We will be happy to answer any questions you have regarding your appointment or the Mohs procedure, please call our office during business hours for assistance.
If you are unable to keep the scheduled surgery, please contact the office to reschedule.
